If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app or website. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, subscribers, and anyone who accesses Celestia through a shared device or account.

Celestia provides AI-generated astrology guidance, including AI chat, kundli analysis, daily horoscopes, panchang summaries, compatibility insights, tarot-style reflections, numerology tools, reports, and related content.

The experience is AI-first. Some plans or workflows may include optional human review, support, or manual quality checks, but the core guidance is generated by software systems using the information you provide.

We may improve, add, remove, rename, pause, or modify features at any time to keep the service useful, safe, and reliable.

You must be legally capable of entering into these terms in your location. If you are under the age required by applicable law, you may use Celestia only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account or saved birth details have been accessed without permission.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating birth profiles, making payments, requesting reports, or contacting support. Incorrect birth details may lead to inaccurate outputs.

Celestia uses birth details, selected topics, saved profiles, language preference, chat context, panchang data, and other inputs you choose to provide to generate responses.

AI responses may include interpretation, pattern matching, probabilities, summaries, and suggestions. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your exact circumstances.

You are responsible for evaluating any guidance before relying on it. Celestia does not guarantee outcomes, future events, relationship results, career changes, financial gains, health improvements, or any specific life event.

Celestia is for reflection, self-awareness, entertainment, spiritual exploration, and general guidance. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, emergency, or safety advice.

Do not delay, ignore, or replace qualified professional help because of an astrology response. For emergencies or urgent personal safety concerns, contact local emergency services or qualified professionals immediately.

Any remedies, rituals, mantras, gemstones, fasts, donations, lifestyle suggestions, or timing suggestions are optional. You should use your own judgment before following them.

Celestia may offer free tools, paid subscriptions, one-time reports, credits, add-ons, or optional review services. Prices, plan features, limits, and renewal periods will be shown before purchase.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your plan through your account settings or the payment platform used for the purchase.

Refunds are handled based on the type of purchase, usage status, payment platform rules, and applicable law. Digital reports, used credits, consumed AI chat allowances, and completed review requests may be non-refundable unless required otherwise.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support with your account email, transaction ID, and purchase date so we can review the issue.

Birth details, compatibility profiles, chats, reports, payment records, support messages, and saved preferences may contain sensitive personal information. We use this data to provide, personalize, secure, and improve Celestia.

You control what context you share. You may edit birth details, clear saved profiles, delete chat context, or request support for account and data questions where available.

Payment processing, analytics, hosting, communication, and security may involve trusted service providers. We expect those providers to handle data according to applicable privacy and security obligations.

Do not submit another person's birth details or private information unless you have permission to do so.

You agree not to misuse Celestia, attempt to break or overload the service, reverse engineer protected systems, scrape content at scale, bypass plan limits, or use the app for unlawful activity.

You must not use Celestia to harass, threaten, manipulate, exploit, or make harmful decisions about another person. You must not present AI-generated guidance as guaranteed truth.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we detect misuse, payment abuse, safety risks, policy violations, or activity that harms other users or the service.

Celestia, including its branding, interface, generated layouts, reports, copy, visual style, tools, and software, is protected by intellectual property rights.

You may use your personal readings, reports, and saved notes for personal purposes. You may not resell, mass publish, or commercially exploit Celestia content without written permission.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or feature requests, you allow us to use them to improve Celestia without owing compensation.

We aim to keep Celestia available and reliable, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, internet issues, payment platform downtime, technical errors, security events, or events outside our control.

We may update these terms when our service, pricing, legal obligations, safety standards, or business operations change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Celestia is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for decisions, losses, emotional distress, missed opportunities, relationship outcomes, financial outcomes, or other consequences arising from reliance on astrology guidance.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
