Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and AstroKeshav Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates, successors, service operators, and authorized representatives. By accessing or using AstroKeshav, creating an account, purchasing a subscription or digital report, generating a kundli, using free tools, requesting optional expert review, or interacting with our content, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use AstroKeshav. If you use AstroKeshav on behalf of a company, family member, organization, or other person, you represent that you have authority to do so and that you will ensure compliance with these Terms.

AstroKeshav offers AI-first digital astrology services, including free kundli generation, AI astrology chat, daily horoscope, panchang, kundli matching, love compatibility, numerology, birth chart calculation, festival calendar tools, saved birth profiles, digital reports, AI-assisted chart preparation, and optional expert review for selected paid workflows.

We may add, modify, suspend, rename, discontinue, or restrict features at any time for business, legal, technical, safety, quality, or operational reasons. Some features may be experimental, region-specific, limited, or subject to additional terms.

AstroKeshav content is provided for reflection, spiritual exploration, cultural practice, entertainment, and general guidance. It is not a substitute for professional advice from qualified doctors, lawyers, financial advisers, therapists, emergency responders, or other licensed professionals.

Astrology readings, predictions, compatibility scores, auspicious timings, AI-generated explanations, digital reports, and optional expert reviews may be incomplete, subjective, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. AstroKeshav does not guarantee outcomes, future events, marriage results, employment, income, health improvement, legal success, immigration outcomes, exam results, pregnancy outcomes, or any particular life event.

You agree not to make high-risk decisions solely on the basis of AstroKeshav content. For medical, mental health, legal, financial, safety, or emergency matters, seek qualified professional assistance immediately.

You must be legally capable of using AstroKeshav in your jurisdiction. Minors may use the service only with appropriate parent or guardian consent and supervision.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, wallet, device, phone number, email, or login method. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

You must provide accurate information for birth details, payments, support requests, and astrology questions. Incorrect birth time, location, date, or user context can materially affect astrology outputs, and AstroKeshav is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incorrect or incomplete user input.

AstroKeshav may offer free tools, AI chat access, subscriptions, digital reports, saved profile features, promotions, optional expert review credits, and related digital services. Prices, inclusions, taxes, validity, renewal rules, and limitations will be displayed at purchase or in the applicable offer.

You authorize AstroKeshav and its payment partners to charge the selected payment method for purchases, renewals, taxes, fees, and other amounts you approve. Payment failures, chargebacks, suspected fraud, or policy violations may result in suspension, cancellation, or recovery actions.

Promotional credits, expert review credits, coupons, trial benefits, and loyalty rewards are not legal tender, may be non-transferable, may expire, and may be revoked if obtained through abuse, fraud, technical error, or breach of these Terms.

Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, replacement access, and credit reversals are governed by our Refund Policy, payment-platform rules, offer-specific rules, and applicable law.

AstroKeshav reserves the right to deny refund requests involving used AI chat access, delivered reports, completed optional expert reviews, abusive conduct, repeated policy misuse, incorrect user-provided information, dissatisfaction caused by disagreement with astrology interpretation, or circumstances outside AstroKeshav's control, except where a refund is required by law.

You agree not to misuse AstroKeshav or harm other users, optional expert reviewers, partners, employees, systems, or business interests.

AstroKeshav owns or licenses all rights in the platform, brand name, logos, trademarks, visual identity, interface, software, source code, workflows, databases, chart layouts, reports, copy, illustrations, icons, designs, pricing structure, service names, prompts, models, algorithms, and business methods, except content owned by users or third parties.

Subject to these Terms, AstroKeshav grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the service for lawful personal purposes. No rights are granted by implication.

You may use your personal AI chat outputs, optional expert review notes, and reports for personal reference. You may not copy, publish, sell, white-label, train competing systems on, create derivative commercial products from, or mass distribute AstroKeshav content or outputs without written permission.

Feedback, suggestions, testimonials, feature ideas, and improvement requests may be used by AstroKeshav without restriction or compensation, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

You retain ownership of information you submit, subject to rights granted to AstroKeshav to operate the platform. You grant AstroKeshav a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, store, reproduce, display, translate, summarize, transmit, and use your submitted content as necessary to provide, secure, support, enforce, and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit any content, birth details, photos, questions, or third-party information you provide. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your submissions.

AstroKeshav may link to or integrate payment processors, app stores, analytics tools, communication providers, AI infrastructure providers, optional expert review providers, advertisers, or other service providers. Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, limitations, and dispute processes.

AstroKeshav is not responsible for third-party services unless required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement.

AstroKeshav may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to accounts, credits, subscriptions, reports, tools, or content if we believe there is misuse, fraud, payment abuse, unlawful activity, security risk, policy violation, expert reviewer harassment, intellectual property violation, or harm to AstroKeshav or others.

We may remove content, cancel purchases, reverse promotional benefits, block devices, preserve records, cooperate with authorities, or take legal action where necessary to protect AstroKeshav rights, users, optional expert reviewers, partners, and systems.

AstroKeshav is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, non-infringement, and error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroKeshav will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, emotional, reputational, business, financial, spiritual, relationship, health, or opportunity losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroKeshav's aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to AstroKeshav for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event, or INR 1,000, whichever is lower. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AstroKeshav from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the service, breach of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of rights, payment fraud, unauthorized third-party data submission, or harmful conduct toward users, experts, partners, or AstroKeshav personnel.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless a mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise. Courts and dispute forums with jurisdiction over AstroKeshav's registered office or principal place of business will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

Before initiating a formal dispute, you agree to contact AstroKeshav support and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We may update these Terms to reflect service changes, legal obligations, pricing changes, safety standards, business operations, or new features. The updated version will be posted with a revised date.

Continued use of AstroKeshav after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and contact support regarding account closure where applicable.
